For women new to menopause care or starting HRT. This 3-month package provides comprehensive support to help you feel your best.

• 60–75 min Initial Consultation
• 2 x 45-min Follow-Up Visits
• Personalized treatment plan
• Prescription ordering and adjustments
• Lab ordering (lab fees billed separately)
• Unlimited secure messaging support during 3-month window

Continuity Care Membership
For ongoing support once you're established on a plan. Monthly access to visits, adjustments, and guidance.
Includes:
• 1 x 30–45 min follow-up visit per month
• Messaging and refill support
• Prescription adjustments as needed
• Lab ordering & result interpretation
• 10% off supplements (if applicable)
*3-month minimum. Ideal for women seeking regular support and care.*
