For women new to menopause care or starting hormone therapy, this care package provides comprehensive support to help you feel your best. Our continuity care membership includes: • 60–75 min Initial Consultation • 2 x 45-min Follow-Up Visits • Personalized treatment plan • Prescription ordering and adjustments • Lab ordering (lab fees billed separately) • Unlimited secure messaging support during the initial 3 months. *Best for those starting HRT or needing personalized guidance and support in women's wellness.*

Our monthly continuity care membership offers ongoing hormone therapy management and support between visits, ensuring that you receive the care packages you need for your wellness journey. This membership guarantees close and continuous support, with necessary adjustments as you navigate through menopause care.

Includes:

- 30 min planned follow-up via telehealth (or in person) each month

- Unlimited communication via texts and/or phone calls to address any questions or possible side effects that may arise

- 10% off supplements (if applicable)

- Weekly workout suggestions to help motivate and support your overall women's wellness!

Prefer a flexible, pay-as-you-go model for your women's wellness journey? Our services, including menopause care and hormone therapy, are available individually. 

Initial Visit (60–90 min): $350  

Follow-Up Visit (30–45 min): $175  

Brief Check-In (15–20 min): $75

We kindly accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal. Credit cards are also accepted with a 0.5% processing fee.
